Client: A venture capital firm headquarters office, and needed a vendor who could handle the move seamlessly.

Challenge:
This client was referred to Corporate Power by one of our past clients, when they were relocating their headquarters office.

Corporate Power Response:
We handled all aspects of their technology migration for the move, ensuring there was no downtime for emails, phones, or systems for their headquarters and remote offices.

Client Benefits:
The client could immediately start working productively in the new environment.

Since this first project we have assisted this client on a number of other successful efforts, including transitioning and upgrading their server infrastructure. We achieved a dramatic improvement in server reliability, going from one case of unplanned server downtime each month to one case in over three years.

Client: The New York division of a London-based financial firm.

Challenge:
The London IT staff was unable to regularly respond to the IT needs of the New York office on a timely basis, due to lack of staff, their not being on-site, and the time difference involved.

Corporate Power Response:
We responded by correcting several of their immediate issues, and now manage all technology needs for the New York office, co-ordinate with their London team, and have advised on technology improvements across the company.

Client Benefits:
Response times for technology issues have improved from 1-2 weeks to 2-4 hours for day-to-day issues. Staff are much more productive with the improved technology
