Ajay Khanna

Ajay founded Corporate Power in 1994. He and the firm have focused on helping small and mid-size organizations cost-effectively manage their technology operations since 1999. Ajay's prior experience includes eighteen years of technology experience working with Fortune 500 and mid-sized firms.

He has held technical lead positions for a variety of challenging projects including the Electronic Marketplace initiative at IBM, sponsored by Lou Gerstner and the corporate intranet for Ernst & Young, used by 75,000 E&Y consultants worldwide.

Ajay started his career with NASA, developing artificial intelligence and real-time missile tracking software tools for the United States Air Force.

Ajay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the New York Software Industry Association and the Association of Computing Machinery.


Ralph Rizzuto

Ralph has over thirty years of experience with information technology, working for IBM and later leading a custom software solutions business. At IBM, Ralph held key positions in IBM’s Systems Integration start-up in Europe, and IBM Japan’s Software distribution start-up. He also led a variety of diverse teams in project implementations for Fortune 500 clients.

For mid-size firms, he has provided leadership in the areas of technology vision and strategy, risk analysis, systems and network management, requirements analysis, solutions development and knowledge management.

Ralph holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the City University of NY (CUNY) School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the City College of NY (CCNY) School of Liberal Arts. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
